Visited Vikalp Hospital for Wife (female related multiple medical issues). Excellent hosting and guidance during initial contact and arrival. Start from the Reception and Assistant Doctors, we got very good response. Ambiance, cleanliness and rooms amenities are excellent. Care from Nursing staff was during day or nights were visible. Response and availability of Lead Dr. Pooja ma’am was really appreciated whether personal or over a phone guidance to the asst doctors. Same culture passed to down the line.
